November Client of the Month: Makenzie Harris
We would like to recognize our November CLIENT OF THE MONTH! Congrats to Makenzie Harris!
I’ve tried so many times to get into fitness and to find something that works for me but never had any luck. I always had the mindset that it was just not “my thing” and that I would always have to force myself to do a workout. I decided to try Sweat Club right at the beginning because my friend had been doing personal training with Laura for a while and I had only heard amazing things! My first class was a struggle but I left feeling so motivated to work harder to improve my strength and endurance. The trainers are all SO sweet and encouraging and so are the other members. I love the community feeling I get whenever I go to a class and see familiar faces. There is such a feeling of support for each other and I am constantly impressed by how diverse and fun the workouts are. The classes leave me DYING (in a good way!) and when I walk out I feel so happy and accomplished. I feel strong mentally and physically and truly look forward to each class I take. I love that the classes have such variety and even after months of taking multiple classes per week I am still seeing new exercises that keeps it so fun. Everyone who asks me about Sweat Club hears the same thing which is that it is the BEST thing I have ever done for my health and wellness and I can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere and the awesome people combined with the challenging workouts are what makes this truly what I have always been looking for in fitness. I think everyone should give it a shot because I can’t say enough about the positive impact it has had on my life!
