Cancellation and Waitlist Policy

 

Booking

You must pre-register online and have an active membership or class pass. Booking begins 1 week in advance and up to 5 minutes before the class starts.

 

Waitlist

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist!

If you are moved into a class from the waitlist, it is presumed you are attending and our regular cancellation policy will take effect. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan on attending the class. You will not be charged if you are added less than an hour before the class starts.

 

CANCELLATION

REGULAR CLASSES Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel outside of the 5-hour late cancellation window, your class credit will be returned.

  • If you cancel within the 5-hour late cancellation window, you will lose the class credit and unlimited pass holders will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15.

WEEKEND (Saturday & Sunday) & EARLY MORNING (5:30, 6:30 & 7:30 AM) Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend these classes, you must cancel 9 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee.

 

No-show penalty

No-shows will be charged a penalty fee of $20.
