FULL BODY SWEAT

You get it all with this workout! Cardio, strength and endurance training using cables, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more. We hit all major muscles groups in a circuit fashion. 45 minutes at lunch and 55 minutes in the evenings and on weekends. All levels welcome.

SWEAT + SHRED

The focus of this class is cardio and core but be ready for full body movements. Get ready to sweat in this circuit style class. 45 minutes at lunch and 55 minutes in the evenings. All levels welcome.

BOOTY + ABS

The focus of this class is on glutes and core but be ready for full body movements. Weights, plyometrics, and more in a circuit fashion. 45 minutes at lunch and 55 minutes in the evenings. All levels welcome.

SWEAT & STRETCH

This 60 minute combo class is all about balance. Come for a quick & effective circuit style workout, then unwind with some yoga and deep stretching. Your body will thank you. Please bring your own mat. All levels welcome.

BARRE

A unique approach to Barre class that combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training using body weight and light dumbbells. This is a guided total body workout. Please bring your own mat. All levels welcome.

You choose your squad and we will make you sweat. Happy to host staff parties, birthday parties, bachelor(ette) parties, and more! Maximum 12 people.

 

 

Booking

We recommend to pre-register online because we allow 12 people per class. Classes can be booked online or at the club at any time prior to class pending available space and up to 5 minutes before the class starts. To book a class, you must have paid classes in your Mindbody account.

 

Waitlist

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available class credit on your Mindbody account. If you are on the waitlist and get moved into class with less than 12 hours notice and cannot make it, you will not be charged. If you are moved into class with more than 12 hours notice, regular cancellation policy applies (see below). You will be notified immediately when you are moved into class via e-mail and/or text. Please make sure you have opted to receive notifications in Mindbody.

 

Cancellation

If you cannot make it to class, please cancel your booking 3 hours or more before the class. If your booking is cancelled 3 hours prior to class time, your class credit will be refunded to your account. If cancelled within the 3-hour late cancellation window, class pass holders will lose 1 class credit. If it was a drop-in, you will automatically be charged a $17 late cancellation fee. *** If you have an unlimited pass and do not cancel 3 hours or more before the class, your account will be charged $10.
