A program for new Moms to connect and feel safe.

This program is designed to help with postpartum recovery and returning to exercise. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join mom in class. Upon registration, clients will have the chance to communicate with the instructor prior to starting to go over information so we can be aware of each personal situation. A six-week postpartum check-up clear from your doctor is required to attend. 


meet your trainer

Stefanie Burgess has been a pivotal trainer at Sweat Club since its inception in May 2019. As a mother of two, Mason and Maddox, Stefanie brings personal insight to her role, especially after completing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Training. She's passionate about teaching other moms using the techniques she's practiced herself.

To ensure a personal and secure environment, only 16 clients are accepted for in-person sessions. Stefanie also offers flexible online classes, available on-demand and accessible for six weeks, catering to those who prefer to train at home.

 

a few things to note

• We do not have space to store strollers when you arrive.

• We will play music during class but lower than normal.

• Space is limited so please bring minimal gear.

• We have reserved 15 minutes before and after the class to ensure you can get settled and not feel rushed.
