A program for new Moms to connect and feel safe.

This program is designed to help with postpartum recovery and returning to exercise. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join mom in class. Upon registration, clients will have the chance to communicate with the instructor prior to starting to go over information so we can be aware of each personal situation. A six-week postpartum check-up clear from your doctor is required to attend. 


meet your trainer

Stefanie Burgess has been a trainer at Sweat Club since we opened in May 2019. She has welcomed two beautiful boys to the world; Mason & Maddox.

Stef completed her Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Training and loves teaching fellow Moms what she has learned and put into practice.

This program has limited space as we only accept 12 clients for in-person sessions. This ensures safe distancing within the Club and provides a more intimate experience.

Stef also offers this option online for those at home. The online classes can be done at any time (ex: On Demand) once published and you will have access for one month.

 

a few things to note

• We do not have space to store strollers when you arrive.

• We will play music during class but lower than normal.

• Space is limited so please bring minimal gear.

• 15 minutes before and after the class has been reserved for this class to ensure you can get settled and not feel rushed.
