October Client of the Month: Sarah Gillis

We would like to recognize our October CLIENT OF THE MONTH! Congrats, Sarah Gillis!

Sarah claims she never "half-asses" anything and this definitely shows in her workouts. She's even been known to double up on classes in a day! We feel super honoured to have this dedicated, kind and driven lady in our Sweat Squad.

Sarah’s story: “My fitness journey has been 20 years in the making, it all started with that holy shit moment! I can try to blame it on a lot of things, but I just wasn’t taking care of myself, so much that I ended up tipping the scales at 315lbs. The decision was easy and I started to change my lifestyle, imagine what small changes in your eating habits and just moving your body can do. Approaching my mid-forties, I felt I was in a slump or losing steam and decided to source out a trainer (Katie). Loving the results I was seeing but most importantly feeling from my sessions with her, I decided to try Sweat Club after her recommendation.

I can’t tell you how many pounds or inches, I’ve lost but I can tell you why Sweat Club has fit into my lifestyle. I love that from the moment you walk through the door the atmosphere is inviting and motivating. I love that the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and can kick your ass in 45 to 55 minutes. I love the small class size and that no two classes are ever the same, but they are always challenging. I love that it combines strength and conditioning but most of all I love that it keeps me committed, consistent, and holds me accountable to myself! I can’t say enough about Laura and her team and what they’ve offered to the fitness community!”
