Our professional trainers will ensure you are doing the proper exercises to reach your goals and that you execute them correctly. Your guided sessions will reduce the risk of injury and make your time in the gym most effective. At Sweat Club, we promise to hold you accountable, motivate you, and help you push past plateaus! 


HOW IT WORKS:

Please fill out the application below to get started! If you have not been to the Club before, we schedule all potential personal training clients an Intro Sweat (3 x 1:1 sessions) as a trial period for you and the trainer, to ensure Sweat Club is the right fit.

  • Personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length.

  • Once you have completed your Intro Sweat, you commit to training 1 - 3 days per week (depending on availability) on a 3 or 6-month contract.

  • Automatic bi-weekly payments or full payment upfront.
