A single training session without the commitments. Choose from 45 or 60 minutes. Perfect if you are visiting or need that extra push!

For new clients only. Enjoy three one-hour 1:1 sessions with one of our trainers to ensure you feel confident to take on our classes or you may decide to pursue personal training.
$135+ for 3 sessions
One-on-One Personal Training
We will match you with a trainer who will work with you 2, 3 or 4 days per week. You have the option of 45 or 60 minute sessions.
$300+ per month
Small Private Group Training
A more affordable and fun way of training while avoiding a large group class. You choose your group and it can consist of 2, 3, or 4 people. Choose from 45 or 60 minutes.
$225+ per month
You choose your squad and we will make you sweat. Happy to host staff parties, birthday parties, bachelor(ette) parties, and more! Maximum 12-15 people.
