SPRING LOW IMPACT PROGRAM

Perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for workouts that are lighter on joints. This program engages all major muscle groups through gentle exercises using cables, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more.

What: 15 group sessions

When: Monday with Sarah & Thursday with Laura from 9:00 - 9:45 AM

* No classes on April 21st or May 19th (holidays)

3-2-1 INTRO OFFER

3 credits - 2 weeks - pay for 1 class

3 classes for $20. Offer activates upon initial booking (when you sign up for a class or join a waitlist) and expires after 2 weeks. Limit of one per client, for new clients only. Price excludes HST + processing fee.
