Sweat Club’s Low Impact Program is perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for workouts that are lighter on joints. This program engages all major muscle groups through gentle exercises using cables, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more.

What: 21 sessions group sessions

When: Monday & Thursday from 9:00 - 9:45 AM

Price: $335 (optional: 2 payments of $167.50)

Price excludes HST and processing fee. No transfers or extensions are permitted. Please note that if you miss a session, it is non-refundable and cannot be made up.

* No classes on Monday, February 17th (Family Day)
