our classes

Each class is programmed by a professional trainer using the sweat club method. we switch up class styles often to keep our community progressing toward their health and fitness goals.

  • Our “regular” classes have a capacity of 12 people. “dumbbell only” classes have a capacity of 9 people.

  • Each class is modifiable to all levels. If you are looking for a low-impact option, we recommend our full-body strength Classes.


 
 

 

Cancellation and Waitlist Policy

Booking

You must pre-register online and have an active membership or class pass. Booking begins 1 week in advance and up to 5 minutes before the class starts.

 

Waitlist

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist!

If you are moved into a class from the waitlist, it is presumed you are attending and our regular cancellation policy will take effect. You will not be charged if you are added less than an hour before the class starts.

 

Cancellation

3-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for regular classes

  • if you cancel outside of the 3-hour late cancellation window, your class credit will be returned.

  • If you cancel within the 3-hour late cancellation window, you will lose the class credit and unlimited pass holders will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.

Early Morning Cancellation Policy: if you cannot make it to the early morning class, you must cancel the night before to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • 5:45 AM class = cancel by 8:45 PM

  • 6:10 AM class = cancel by 9:10 PM

  • 6:45 AM class = cancel by 9:45 PM

Weekend Cancellation policy

  • If you must cancel your weekend classes (Saturday and Sunday) do so by midnight to avoid a late cancellation fee.
